Give Yourself A Little Credit

ptbyb-give-creditI had a great conversation with Tyler Fovel yesterday. (Every conversation with Tyler is great.) We talked about how we all need to give ourselves a little credit more often. Think about all of the messages streaming at you 24/7 about how you should work and live. “Do more.” “Do better.” “Do it this way.” “Do it that way.”

Then there are those thoughts – those little voices of our own – that come from within, pretty much joining that choir.

And yet, we’re the only ones who can…and should…take time to recognize the good, solid effort we’re making.

Those efforts you’re making are good. They are solid. Give yourself a little credit more often.

Instruction does much, but encouragement everything.
