This part of Krisi’s story reveals the extent of how difficult things were during her first year of work.

These 82 words also reveal three of the leadership qualities that are part of PLAN TO BE YOUR BEST …As You Navigate Change.

I’d like to share with you her full story at my next Free event, this coming Thursday, 1/21.

It’s a lonely job out on the road. It felt like I was drowning and I wanted to quit. While driving my thoughts would nip at my confidence. It was tough to resist the urge to stop…then, I would hear my manager’s voice in my head and the repulsion against the idea of failing gave me the strength to keep going. I would not prove him right. This would not get the best of me.
I would make it through the year.
